Looking back: 2010
Phew, in a few hours 2010 will close its curtain and make way for 2011. I’m almost completely healed from my illness, still a bit coughing though. I lost my mojo to complete my mini project, another motivator gone to waste. Well, maybe next year…
What a year it was, I’ve gone into changes and sadness that I said to myself “Do I deserve all this?” But anyway, I know God had his special way to show me what I am destined and/or pre-destined to go in my life. Life goes on, anything goes.
I will make sure to grab more opportunities and chances in 2011, making up for what I lost this year. No use reminiscing the past that are sad and useless. Lets look forward and hope to take every chances like they were gold of your life seed.
Skip the hoohaa and lets really get down to business *clench fist, slams on other palm*. I hope 2011 will be a year of more of wealth, happiness and also awesomeness,
Another fresh new year is here . . .
Another year to live!
To banish worry, doubt, and fear,
To love and laugh and give!
This bright new year is given me
To live each day with zest . . .
To daily grow and try to be
My highest and my best!
I have the opportunity
Once more to right some wrongs,
To pray for peace, to plant a tree,
And sing more joyful songs!
Be positive, be clear of your goals for next year. Talking about goals, I don’t have any clear goals of my new years resolution, maybe I can think of that next year.
We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year’s Day. ~ Edith Lovejoy Pierce
