First DSLR camera works

I’ve been try-test-ing a DSLR camera before, just snapping here and there. But I finally have a chance to really play with this high end digital camera one day, it was a Nikon D5000 DSLR camera.

The day was my youngest cousin , Bexley Isidore’s 1 month birthday, our families and friends gather to celebrate the day. My aunt’s husband took a lot of pictures with the camera, I too control of the camera after that when he was busy fixing the karaoke system.

There was I, like a monkey with a new toy looking and trying to get the feel on how it was supposed to be handled. After a few snaps, I played with its zoom and focus shot and I basically took pictures of my family and friends for the remainder of the day.

Here are the results of my first camera works, uploaded in my new Flickr account called Rungitom CameraWorks . No Photoshop effect was made, just a photo re-size and my own photobadge.

Plenty more at my Flickr site, feel free to give some comments and tips for better CameraWorks skills. I love taking pictures, especially the ones that captures precious memories, their expressions and the wonderful things in the world.

For now, I’m only using a camera phone to capture some pictures but I hope someday, I acquire a better camera for me to take a better and clearer shots in the future.
